For over a decade, I have walked the path of yoga — not as a workout, but as a way of living. My practice is rooted in ancient wisdom and shaped by everything I have learned from teachers across India, Bali and Rishikesh.
I believe yoga is a homecoming — a return to softness, strength and the quiet knowing inside you. My classes blend mindful movement, breath and intention, holding space for women to heal, grow and remember their own goddess.

A yoga mat, a light blanket and a bottle of water. Wear something comfortable. Studio mats are available if needed.
