About the Guide

Meet your yoga guide, Aanya.

For over a decade, I have walked the path of yoga — not as a workout, but as a way of living. My practice is rooted in ancient wisdom and shaped by everything I have learned from teachers across India, Bali and Rishikesh.

I believe yoga is a homecoming — a return to softness, strength and the quiet knowing inside you. My classes blend mindful movement, breath and intention, holding space for women to heal, grow and remember their own goddess.

Yes. I offer live online classes via Zoom and a growing library of on-demand practices so you can move whenever inspiration arrives.

A yoga mat, a light blanket and a bottle of water. Wear something comfortable. Studio mats are available if needed.
